Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are as follows:

Flat Rate Shipping: $12 on all orders under $100
Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Casa Encanto Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
