Shipping policy

At this time we only ship within the United States.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of a return label.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during delivery by the carrier a claim can be filed by the recipient. 

Casa Encanto Shop is not responsible for filing claims with the mail carrier.

Processing times for orders are 1-5 business days, not including holidays.
